At the Davis Conference Center (DCC), we are dedicated to ensuring that every guest has a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Our facility is equipped with a range of accessibility features to accommodate the diverse needs of our visitors.
- Automatic Accessible Doors: The front door entrance is equipped with automatic accessible doors for easy entry.
- ADA Parking: We offer 8 ADA-compliant parking spots located close to the entrance.
- Handicap Restrooms: Fully accessible restrooms are available for your convenience.
- Service Dogs Welcome: Service dogs are warmly welcomed throughout our facility.
- Wheelchairs Available: We have two wheelchairs on site. Please contact us ahead of time to arrange for their use.
- Stage Access: Our stages can be equipped with ADA-compliant ramps upon request. Please inform us in advance to make necessary arrangements.
- Assistance and Accommodations: Please contact us directly with any concerns as we are happy to accommodate in any way we can.
Facility Rules
To ensure public safety, the following items and actions are prohibited while attending public ticketed consumer shows at the Davis Conference Center (DCC). Venue policies may vary for specific events, so please check the event details on our calendar.
- Weapons and Hazardous Items: No weapons, ammunition, tasers, explosives, fireworks, tear gas, or pepper spray.
- Food and Beverages: No outside food or beverages.
- Controlled Substances: No illegal or controlled substances or paraphernalia.
- Smoking: No smoking inside, including e-cigarettes, vaping pens, or liquid refills.
- Animals: No pets (except for service animals). No walking pets around the facility during an event.
- Noise Devices: No instruments or noise-making devices (e.g., horns, cowbells, whistles).
- Toy Weapons: No water guns, toy replica weapons, squirt bottles, soap bubbles, or slingshots.
- Wheeled Devices: No skateboards, roller skates, or roller blades.
- Drones: No drones or remote-control devices (except for ADA use).
- Other Prohibited Items: Any other items or actions that challenge public safety as determined by DCC management.
- Conduct: Disorderly conduct, including excessive noise, intoxication, or disruptive behavior, will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the venue.
- Lost and Found: The DCC is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please visit our lost and found desk for assistance.
- Parking Lot Liability: The DCC is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or personal property within the parking lot. Guests park at their own risk.
Patrons, including law enforcement personnel not present in an official capacity, are prohibited from bringing weapons into the venues. The Davis Conference Center does not provide weapon lockers and will not check in weapons. Prohibited weapons include, but are not limited to, firearms, explosives, stun guns, handcuffs, brass knuckles, sticks, clubs, batons, martial arts instruments, pepper spray, tear gas, knives, etc. Patrons found in possession of these items will be asked to remove them from the premises or dispose of them. Non-compliance will result in denial of entry.
